Use of our website

  • You may use our site for lawful purposes and to evaluate or purchase vending equipment.
  • Content on this site, including images and copy, is owned by AVS or our partners. Do not reproduce content without permission.
  • We may update or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Quotes & pricing

  • Pricing displayed online is subject to change until payment is completed. Taxes and shipping are calculated during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies related to pricing or availability before or after an order is placed.

Orders & payment

  • All online payments are processed through Stripe. By placing an order you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
  • Orders are accepted once we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable or fraud is suspected.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once equipment is delivered.

Warranties & liability

  • Equipment includes manufacturer warranties described in the product documentation.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the equipment.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
