We stand behind the quality of every vending machine and smart cooler we sell. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, and warranty service.
Order cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may incur costs related to configuration, crating, or shipping preparation.
- To request a cancellation, contact your AVS representative or email [email protected].
Returns & exchanges
- Because machines are built to order and configured for each location, we typically cannot accept returns after shipment.
- If a machine arrives damaged or not as described, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer and carrier to repair, replace, or exchange the equipment.
- Returned machines must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Customers are responsible for safely palletizing equipment for pick-up.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Partial refunds for cancelled delivery, custom graphics, or installation services will be itemized on your credit memo.
Warranty service
All new machines include the manufacturer’s limited warranty. AVS coordinates warranty support and can dispatch technicians for onsite service. Warranty coverage does not extend to misuse, vandalism, or improper installation performed by third parties.
Restocking & fees
Restocking fees may apply if a return is approved after installation or when machines require refurbishment. Any restocking charge will be disclosed and approved before we schedule the return.
