This Shipping Policy explains how Affordable Vending Services coordinates delivery for vending machines, coolers, and related equipment purchased through our website.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, contact us for a custom quote.

Processing & lead times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Custom configurations or branded wraps may extend lead times.
  • Most standard machines ship within 2–4 weeks. We will provide an estimated ship date once your order is confirmed.
  • Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery & installation

  • AVS schedules freight delivery to your site and coordinates any required liftgate, inside delivery, or installation services.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including dock access, stairs, elevators, or special handling requirements.
  • Please inspect shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s bill of lading.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on machine type, weight, destination, and selected services. Additional fees may apply for remote locations or after-hours delivery. Your final shipping cost will be confirmed in Stripe before you pay.

Missed deliveries

If the carrier cannot complete delivery because the site is inaccessible or the customer is unavailable, redelivery fees may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
